Nose: “The alcohol is slightly softer and the potato skin note has become mashed potato with butter. The nose expresses itself more than the 81. It smells like a good Polish potato vodka.”

On the palate: “It is much lighter on the palate, with a crisp freshness. It has a very soft, thin mouth feel and with a clean astringent like character. The finish is short and pleasant and the acidity is almost non – existent. It is much more complex on the nose than on the palate. This would work well with lightly mixed or just a splash of fresh fruit juice or a nice vodka Collins.”
