It is a blend of both hybrid and vinifera grapes that allows for a richer fuller color and more complex flavors. The Marechal Foch and Leon Millot are early ripening hybrids that are inky and provide much of the rich red color. The Chancellor provides complementary fruit flavors and a strong tannin component. The Cabernet Franc adds more structure along with acidity to the finish. Radiance had a medium to long finish and will compliment a large assortment of cuisine. We recommend serving Radiance with darker poultry, most types of game, and lean cuts of red meat.
